The best real estate agent / broker I ever dealt with. Not to offend the other ones, as I have some experience in buying and selling properties, but Deb did an amazing job. Most importantly she listens and understood my situation. After she came with a full analytic, marketing plan and strategy to sell my house. We got the highest price per square feet in the history of the area. Basically, she and her team took a challenge and made it a reality. I am sure she does deal with all kinds of price range homes, but especially on the luxurious market, she is the only one you should deal with in LA and Ventura County.
