We worked with Michelle Castle (Clerf) from The Clerf Team at Coldwell Banker Central. We bought a townhouse in Cle Elum in April 2021 and sold that townhome in August of 2022, both transactions were because of Michelle. She was an amazing listener and was able to find us the perfect home when we were unable to find a rental property in the area in 2021. Her honesty and prompt responses to our calls was perfect! When we were ready to sell about a year later, she was able to support the transaction and make sure that it went through - even heading over to clean the toilets that we felt were already clean enough. Her responsible, diligent, and thorough work ethic is refreshing. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing assistance in buying or selling real estate in and around this area!

I'm not sure how I matched up with Michelle, but I'm very happy I did. We looked at houses for almost 18 months before I found the "one". She did not get discouraged when I was. She kept a smile on her face and kept sending me different house prospects the whole time. She was sweet and easy to talk to and she knew exactly what I wanted after the first two houses. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

The Clerf Team ( Michelle Castle and Debra Clerf) have been helpful thru the years with our purchase and many of our friends in the PNW. They go above and beyond for all of their clients. They are very knowledgeable about the areas that they service. Keeping their clients informed of the process of selling or purchasing a home. It’s their top priority!!
