The lady I spoke with at least was very helpful very friendly helped me get my license back and get on a payment plan which was exactly what I had called for wasn't rude like a lot of people are in debt collection places which I can't stand so this was a relief I recommend

Debt Recovery Specialists was really helpful in resolving a collection from a small claims court decision. They were very easy to work with. I highly recommend using their services!

Worst place ever. SO RUDE. Kevin the owner was such a jerk did not want to give me any balance information. All they do is give attitude and hang up on people. Trisha was such a rude lady. If you mention your gonna pay they are willing to talk to you but not if your just wanting info. NEVER use them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Have never experienced something like them. They forget they want our money.. LOL TO TOP IT OFF I KEPT CALLING TO GET MY BALANCE AND THEY SAID IF I CALLED AGAIN I WOULD GET CHARGED WITH HARASSMENT.. This place is a joke.
