If you are looking for individualized attention in a small group setting, help with your nutrition, someone to be accountable to in order to get you to your health goals along with customized routes and weight adjustments for you, this would be a great gym to join. The diversity and wide age range of clients is a huge plus. Nick (owner/trainer) will give you as much or little motivation as you need in any area you'd like to focus on based on your goals.
I initially joined to lose baby weight after my last child but have since lost that, gained a ton of strength, stamina, and muscles (with curves!!!), and a better awareness of my food portions/options. Now I need to go to the gym to decompress from work/life and stay mentally relaxed.
At times, Nick cares more about my health than I do which is a big reason why I've stayed. He becomes a part of your support team to help you be a better version of yourself. Who wouldn't love that!

I already was an avid fitness person. Until things took a turn and had to recalibrate my life. I am always extremely tired from work that I was starving myself to compensate. I needed accountability, and stumbled upon Dedicated 2 Fitness.
Nick is amazing, not just as a trainer, but as a human being. He goes above and beyond. He works with you to achieve your goals and holds you accountable for it. He doesn't coddle you, but doesn't give tough love either. He understands every one has a unique situation, but one thing remains constant: he just wants you to succeed. He can't do all of the work; he will be your guide, and as long as you do your part, there's no doubt you will achieve your goals.
As far as the gym environment, everyone is very welcoming. The clientele is a culmination of a bunch of fun characters and it is always fun to come in and workout. You get motivated every time. Not only do you have people pushing you to do better, you have cheerleaders who believe in you, and also free therapy sessions when you just want to vent out about life. And Nick is the center of it all.
Nick is amazing! He is a great trainer that motivates and pushes you, but he's also a phenomenal person who genuinely cares about all of his clients. Over the year I've been working out with him I've gotten so much stronger, gained a ton of energy, and feel so much more confident. I work from home and the small group sessions are something I look forward to! The people I work out with are encouraging, funny, and kind and on top of being great for my physical health it's been amazing for my mental health as well. I have a lot of old injuries and Nick aways modifies my workout to accomodate while still pushing me to challenge myself.
