Dedicated Credit Repair

Overall, just dissatisfied with the results. I gave DCR a shot because I saw that they had generally positive reviews, but have ended up regretting it. I stuck with them for about half a year and didn't see even half of the results that I was told I should have by Tiffany during my initial consultation. I felt like I was paying them for nothing. I was with DCR for about 7 months and only had 4 things removed off of my credit, which were all inquiries made years ago. Nothing that would actually greatly improve my credit was removed. I received little to no communication from her or her team and I was the one who always had to reach out to them to ask why there wasn't any real progress being made and why it was that in 7 months I only had 4 inquiries removed. I was basically told to wait it out and that some accounts take longer to fix than others. All it sounded was like excuses to me. This process was just a waste of my money. I spent almost $1,000 being with DCR for lack luster results and a lack luster experience. I was a bit hesitant at first to write a detailed review about this company because I have seen how unprofessional the owner has been with responding to negative reviews on yelp, but at this point I'm fed up with this company. Do yourself a favor and either go to another company that actually will give you results or learn how to do the process yourself and save some money.

I worked with Chris and he was patient, informative, and most important, got results that helped my credit jump up over 80 points in only a few months. Thank you Chris and team! Tiffany's team at dedicated credit repair are fantastic. every family, friend, or client I have referred over there have only had excellent results. if you need to repair your credit or increase your chances of qualifying for a home you need to contact them!
