I love Leavenworth, and have never had a bad experience with the businesses there. Unfortunately, this was my first. I left a pair of small earrings on the counter of my hotel; they are studs and easily misplaced. I called the resort, and the front desk was extremely kind and was willing to ship them to me. I found out the shipping was going to cost more than the earrings were actually worth and called this company to discuss how they were shipping them and see what we could do. I spoke directly to the owner who was extremely rude from the moment I called her about the issue. I just wanted to know the method she used to ship them that cost me $24. The owner then called me irresponsible for leaving them in the first place and proceeded to yell at me. I understand she’s busy and a one-women shop (you go girl!) but seriously, the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Being a small business owner myself, I was hoping we could have an adult conversation; apparently, I was wrong.
