Extremely unhappy with the product, we thought it was something we could in corporate into our business model, and the tool does not deliver a quality record at all. Then to make thing worse, they drive you into a year long agreement and do not allow you to cancel with out a $9000 payment. Terrible business practice and a terrible tool.
Very unhappy with the product, service, and billing. The demo was great but was unfortunately not reflection of the product delivered. We signed up 3 providers for this, including myself, and we found that we couldn't use it as the writing was far from professional (below 8th grade level) and did not capture information correctly (he vs she). Captured information that wasn't pertinent and organized it poorly. AI is a great idea but not delivered well by DeepScribe.
Expressed multiple concerns with the service team and they only continued to try and sell us on their product and kept promising improvements would be coming down the road. Updated the software for us and this still did not improve the end product.
Billing is unwilling to work with us.
Would not recommend!!
