RUDE, SURELY, GRUMPY, ANGRY, I wanted to buy small river rock or drain rock for my horse paddock. I had dealt with the owner's wife several times and was barely satisfied with her customer service. This time the owner himself emerged from the office to help me. I told him what I wanted and he started to ring me up and told me the price. It was 5 bucks higher than his wife had quoted me three days earlier. It was also was also $2.95 a yard higher than both nurseries on Johns Prairie rd. which I told him. He said "this isn't Johns Prairie rd!" 'that's the price ... You don't have to buy it here, go somewhere else' - quite the attitude. So I left and I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I DON'T PUT UP WITH RUDE, neither should you.
Denise and Nick are wonderful people dedicated to serving the publics’ landscaping needs. They have an excellent assortment of heathy trees, plants and landscaping materials and are always very knowledgeable and helpful! They really go above and beyond to accommodate each customer.
