The medical staff is very good. No complaints there at all. Office staff on the other hand are the worst I have ever encountered. I had an appointment in June, complete with a blood draw and my primary care physician wrote prescriptions accordingly. I was told that my next appointment would be in 6 months. Three months later, when the prescriptions expired the pharmacy called to have them refilled and were told that I had missed an appointment and they wouldn't refill until I made a new appointment. Although I knew this to be untrue, I made another appointment anyway and got soaked for an unnecessary co-pay. Then it turns out that they forgot to send one of the prescriptions to the pharmacy and when I called to have this rectified I was told that they would approve a 30 day supply, but would have to schedule another office visit for anything beyond the 30 days.
Either the record keeping in this office is abysmal, or they are trolling me and my insurance company for as much as they can get.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this office at all costs.
