I was on my way to see my new girlfriend in Burlingame on a Saturday morning when my Mazda 3 started running rough. I did a Google search and saw Rakens shop was open. When I felt a slight slippage in between gears in my Honda, I reached out to Rakan right away. He respond within less than 24 hours with the quotes for my transmission fluid replacement and was super flexible with his schedule. He was very patient with me and also reassured me that my vehicle is safe to be driven prior to the transmission fluid replacement. I didn’t only chose Rakan because I love supporting local businesses. I chose Rakan’s business because he is an experienced mechanic. He was employed with Hyundai for years and also went to school for mechanical work. I’m picky to the extreme with who works on my car because I am a very paranoid person and want to make sure that the work is done right. Rakan is a very honest person. He doesn’t have a bone in him to upsell/screw you over, especially women who doesn’t know much about cars. You can trust Rakan.

I took my Toyota Corolla in for a brake check. My car has been making a unusual sound when I press on the brakes. The mechanic Rakan was able to fit me in with my hectic work schedule. He was honest with me. He let me know i needed to replace my brakes. He gave me a quote for new brakes and let me know how long the wait will be. He replaced my brakes, called me when my car was done and got me a itemized receipt. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car!
