Extremely unreliable company. They started the ground mount installation on June 8, 2023 and promised to complete their work in about one week, long before the PG&E visit in 3 weeks. They installed the panels, collected a check, work for few more days and they have not showed up for work for over 4 weeks. They left open trenches, one EV charger disconnected, tools and packages all over the side yard etc. I had to get my gardeners to fix the irrigation lines they have damaged while trenching. After few days of no show, I was able to talk to Josh (after many attempts) and he promised to call me back in five minutes with the updated installation schedule. That was 4 weeks ago and sill no schedule. Since then Josh and or Kyle have not returned any of my messages I left on their cell phones.
At this point I am ready to cancel this project if I can get my money back. Also, I am worried about the service I may receive after installation.
