Horrible service , got home opened my bag of food to discover 4 items missing , 3 items sloppy just thrown in a wrapper. Called to tell them they didn't give me my complete order and they refused to refund my money even after the woman at window acknowledge she didn't give me my items because they were on her counter still. She stated , well it's not a lot of money , I told her , that's not the point I came home with half my order and now I had to go get more food elsewhere for my self because I gave my daughter my food . She says sorry no money back . So basically they steal yr money , give you sloppy food thrown in a wrapper . Not to mention I was the only person in drive threw place was empty , so how do you mess up an order during this time . Sad this location use to be good , serviceand food has declined!

Since when does fast food restaurants pass for tips at the drive-thru? We're supposed to tip for them handing us our food?
