I love it when my food isn't hot. I love having to microwave everything when I get home. I hate it when I get everything that I pay for, I love being robbed. I really enjoy getting snack sized tacos when I pay for The Del Taco size. Consistency is very important, and I have never once had something here that was remotely fresh or above room temp. That's commitment. I really enjoy watching workers talk for 20 minutes while I wait for my food. It's important that they have a friendly work environment, customer service should always be at the bottom of the priority list. It really bothers me when they have everything I want in stock, so it's constantly refreshing to go to a dining establishment where basic ingredients like onions are unavailable. 5/5 stars, meets all of my desires.

Waited in drive thru for 15 min. People in front of us ordered successfully and got their food. We waited at order speaker for 15 min and no one said anything. We pulled up to window thinking the order box was broken and no one came to the window after waiting for another 10 min. We were completely ignored and given no service. My son was starving and we were unable to get anything. Is this how active duty wounded veterans are treated ? Unbelievable. Do not go here.

The tortillas on my birria taco were not done. I noticed it just by looking at them, and when I I bite into it...yes, it wasn't done. I've been to a few locations, and by far, this location was the worst. I won't be returning. I would rather drive far and get what I wanted fresh than to pay high prices for uncooked food. I was very disappointed that I had to cook my own tortillas for the birria tacos that I paid $20.97 for. Horrible! Food matters!
