Place consistently gives me food poisoning. I drive to the one on Gosford. Went tonight 3/17/24 at 11PM 3 hours before they close. Whoever is staffed is hiding nobody took my order. Waited in the drive thru for 7 minutes, was gonna tried to get some churros cause they can't mess that up. Guess not. Lmfao.

Dude working the counter was rude. You have to ask for refills and while they said you just ask, I was criticized for returning for my first refill. This place has a whole different vibe from the restaurant on Gosford. Customer service is not their thing. 6/29: Guy still rude. If you're in the store, drive-thru is their priority or the guy just hates his job. 3 people were standing at counter and he ignored them for the drive-thru bagging. It's not a very welcoming environment.

The chili cheese fries I ordered were twice fried. They were so fried that they were hollow inside...not just a few of them...ALL of them. Really sad how one bad experience can make your favorite fast food chain...well, not ur favorite any more. Good job guys. If your goal is to lose customers then, you're doing fine.
