I ordered online, but they didn't have the Shrimp in stock. Sat at the window for 25 mins because they couldn't find my order. The guy behind me gave up and left.

Customer service poor to say the least. Sadly, the worst part of the experience was the nasty food. Almost 20 for tasteless, old fries and poorly tasting, horribly assembled tacos. By far the worst Del Taco experience I've had. If I had never been to Del Taco before this experience would ensure I never returned. Thankfully, I realize the issue is just this Del Taco. We will not return.

They forgot my husband’s quesadilla, they did not have krinkle cut fries and gave us really plain gross fries, they forgot a fork for me to eat my queso loaded fries, when asked for sauce they only gave us 2 mild and 2 ketchups. We love del taco but this was by far the worst experience thus far.
