I called and asked the gentlemen who answered about our gas range and he helped my husband straight from the phone. Nice and very great customer service.

Company is non-responsive. I initially got in touch directly with Darrald. He requested that I call his office and leave a message about my issue and he would get back in touch. I phoned his office and left a message. After no response for 48 hours, I called again to leave an additional message. After a full week after my initial inquiry I have moved on to a different option. I am glad that my issue was non-emergent. I would not recommend Delancy Electric to anyone who wants reliable communication.
