It's not much of a hike of any real length. Very flat. There is a nice play area of grass for kids. A better place is snake lake over on 19th & Stevens, diagonally across from Fred Meyer's

I'm going to echo what others have said: this would be a nice park if the trail were maintained. The main field is fine for dogs and kids, but the trail gives me such creepy vibes that I don't feel safe walking down there, even with my dog. I've tried to go down the trail twice and both times I had to turn around because I felt unsafe. I won't be going back, there are much better parks in the area.
