I called them Thursday afternoon. I told them I had a suit that I needed cleaner by the next morning. They said that they could have it by 11am. I told them I needed it by 8am and they said they would do it. I showed up at 8:10 and it was cleaned. I highly recommend them.

I brought to her attention that she had bad reviews and I was going to give her a chance to do it right she got upset and told me not to leave my clothes so the person that said it was bad customer service was correct she apparently is not sure of her abilities to get the job done.I told her to look at her reviews to see what she can do better and I will most definitely not leave my clothes because if they turn out like the reviews say I will be upset.boy she was hot so please think about it when leaving your clothes cause she has a bad attitude and apparently can clean well.

Terrible customer service was rude both times I spoke with them. I called ahead and was told my clothes would be ready by the weekend, then came in they couldn't remember, charged me extra. I was told to get them before 3 the next day. I came in close to noon, a lady was rude telling me to pick them up after noon. After I left I recieved a call 3 hours later and got a rude voicemail telling to get my clothes "which apperently you really needed" would not recommend.
