Staff here are kind and helpful always. They go out of their way to look for things when you forget your ticket. They do SO much business and yet still always take care of everyone.
They even recycle hangers if you bring them back.
I’ve been using their service since March 19 for clothing dry cleaning about on a weekly basis and alterations on occasion.
I’ve never had any issues until last Friday April 29, where the attendant handed out 5 instead of 7 items. I asked for my 2 other items but she insisted 5 was all I got, got agitated, even crumbled my receipt, threw it away blaming me for using an old receipt.
I kept asking her to find my 2 other item and sure enough she found it. But then she asked me to check every item I just dropped off in a manner to ensure I will not forget what I dropped.
So I came back on 5/3 to pick them up and she labelled my sweater as a jacket. I asked the other attendant what is a jacket and she said if it has opening in the front. I dropped off a sweater with no opening but she insisted it was a jacket. I don’t care about a few dollars difference but the response I got was fairly poor, she pulled my sweater out and asked me, “Do you call this a sweater?”.
So in oder to be correct she prefers to lose a regular client while they are not the only dry cleaner in the area.
I will not be coming back.
