Favorite massage place in SF I've been going to for a few years now. Can't beat the price and quality. Run by massage folks who know what they're doing! (Alice & Ning). Alice is my favorite! They always get my knots out and know my pain points without me telling them. It's always painfully good with their acupressure techniques and there's no other place in the city. It's a great hole in the wall place.
I typically get an hour to an hour half foot massage (comes with dry body massage) and I try to call ahead for appointments but they do take walk ins. For only a body massage, you have an option for it to be an oil or a dry massage and are in typically in the private rooms. I recommend bringing shorts to change in or wear shorts for massages. They have shorts to change in if you need tho!
Place takes credit cards/cash and I always tip well at $20-30 because I know for the price it's a darn good deal compared to downtown and they're 10x better than the other massaging services I tried! Don't expect it to be fancy like downtown or quiet because there's one big main room for foot massages and 2 private rooms for others. Depending how busy it is, there will be some noise of people going in and out, talking, or surrounding outside noise.
