This was my 2nd time here since they moved to Everett and each time I've been I've had great service. Last time I did a full set and Pedi nail art and it was awesome! I plan on being a regular from here on.

The spa is under new management and I have been seeing Annie, the owner, for almost 6 years. Once I found out Annie set off on a new adventure, I knew I had to follow her!
Her space is very nice with upgraded essentials and honestly it's just a great place for a great person.

I had no wait time and was able to be attended to right as I walked in. I Came in for a regular deluxe pedicure ($30) that was advertised prior to walking in the building. There wasn’t a menu that detailed what was all included in the pedicure, but I wanted to pamper myself so I chose the deluxe. I had no idea there was two different deluxe pedicures, I apparently paid for the pricier deluxe- $50, which is fine- money isn’t the issue, it was my experience. I specifically asked for my big toe to not be cut short, both big toes were cut extremely short with a cuticle trimmer, the file was minimally used. my right toe was cut uneven/slanted, mind you I had LONG toe nails when I came in, so there was plenty to work with and file correctly. The massage+ hot stone was less than 10 min TOTAL (right/left leg). They applied the paraffin wax to my feet and warm towels to my legs, that was left on for more than 15min. I’m not sure if the wax/warm towel is what you pay a extra $20 for but this wasn’t the best experience for a $50 pedi, I did give them a 15% tip which is more upsetting. The whole experience was a bummer!
