Selling my home was an emotional and big decission and Denice Williams was the agent I wanted to help me through the process. From day one when she came to my house, she immediately put me at ease with her calmness, professionalism, and helped to give me direction on prepping my home for sale. She encouraged me along the way and was always available to answer the many questions I had whether in person or by phone. I was amazed to see Denice Williams in action. She kept me up to date with reports, and on the next step from beginning to end. Denice was very knowledgeable in the areas surrounding my home as I lived on 5 acres. I highly recommend Denice Williams, as she is very trustworthy, dependable, fun, knowledgeable, a flare in style as she beautifully staged my home.
