The dentist was very thorough in explaining the procedure I need. Making an appointment was very easy. The hygienist was gentle while taking xrays and showing me the problem. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs

Dr. William is very nice, he made me feel very comfortable explaining everything he was doing. The dental assistance were so kind as well they greeted you with a warm smile and explained step by step. The ladies at the desk were very nice as well. They explained the procedure you had, and discussed your insurance benefits and asked if you had any questions.

I have been going to Dr Williams since few years now and i have been impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. My dentist, Dr. Williams was exceptional. He took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment.Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, and I appreciated the reminder call and message the day before. I didn't have to wait long before being seen, which was a pleasant surprise.Overall, I highly recommend dental group of Rockford for anyone in need of dental care.
