A Big Thank You to Dr. Popek and John!
I recently had a terrible accident that left several of my teeth broken. I was in a lot of pain and incredibly stressed about the situation. Thankfully, after reaching out to the office through their website, they responded quickly and were able to see me the very next day! I was in disbelief, I thought I'd have a longer wait time.
From the moment I met them, they have both been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and considerate. They recognized the difficulty I was facing and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. John, in particular, deserves special recognition. He is a superstar when it comes to customer focus. He's excelled in explaining every step, consistently has delivered high-quality work, and readily addresses any questions or feedback that I've had. I never knew how valuable that is in a health care provider.
Over the past two weeks, I've had 6+ dental visits, and let me tell you, Dr. Popek and John have completely changed my perspective on dentists. Their expertise and skillset have transformed a terrifying experience into something manageable. I'm so happy with the care I've received, and I can confidently say that as long as they're practicing, I'll never consider going anywhere else. Seriously, if you have dental anxiety, Dr. Popek and John are the answer!
The office staff is also top-notch. Sasha at the front desk is incredibly helpful and responsive, always on top of calls and texts. Wayne makes explaining billing and charges a breeze. Overall, a fantastic team that makes the whole experience smooth.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dentist Downtown Seattle to anyone – forget a 5/5 rating, they truly deserve a 10/10!
I had a tooth emergency where a back crown fell off. I was only passing through and was going to Vancouver the next day. Knowing it would be really hard to find a dentist in Vancouver, my husband called up a bunch of dentists in Seattle. This one stood out because they were able to squeeze us in and help us around a difficult situation.
Thank you to Kim the receptionist for being an outstanding person who made us feel comfortable from the get go.
The office is located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Big, bright windows line the lobby and receptionist area. They have fresh magazines in the beautiful waiting area along with coffee and water.
Dr. Ellen re-cemented the crown in less than 10 minutes and was so thoughtful with the procedure. She would tell me what was going to happen next, and kept checking to see I was not in pain.
Kaylee was the assistant to Dr. Ellen who got me all ready with the initial exam and x-rays. With a warm energy and wonderful attitude, I felt blessed to be in their care.
The procedure costed $200, including an X-ray. For the emergency I was in, I was glad to pay and be on the way.
I have been going here for quite some time now. My current dentist hygienist is fantastic!!! Kristen is extremely friendly, polite, and kind. And also she is wonderful at her work. She makes me want to take better care of my dental hygiene. Thank you so much!
