We recently had an appointment there and the guard at the xray machine was talking to all of us like we are animals. His tone and attitdude was so condescending and rude. Once we got passed him the lady checking us was no better. They need to work on their customer service.

Paid Parking! Located in the middle of nowhere governmental entity makes you pay $8 to park nearby.
Low quality staff:
- When you are taking Oath of Allegiance, it is read to you by an officer with abysmal English. The fact that I have Eastern European accent does make it any easier for me to understand her Chinese accent. Can't you hire a native speaker?
- we had 12 p.m appointment to take the Oath. We were there at 11:50. The (not really English speaking) officer said it is too late to register and we have to wait until next batch. The actual ceremony started 10 minutes later; she was just sitting waiting, so there was plenty of time. And we had to wait for over an hour for 1:00 pm Oath ceremony even though we were there on time for ours!
So, as in most empowered government entities where you cannot complain to anyone: they wipe their feet with you and that makes their day.
