Thank you for working hard for us. I underestimated the social workers. The place was packed with ppl 2 days in a row but staff handled everyone's situation individually with quickness and Efficiently With professionalism and respect Thank you.

I was there from 9 in the morning trying to update my case and the case worker who helped me helped me all the way to the point we're I was able to access my case. LAMAR CEASAR AND LILLIAN CHANEY did a job maybe no one else would've helped me... Thank you both so much... I give you both a five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I'd recommend showing up before 8am and starting the line. I tried to call them for my mid cert review. First time I got in the que 3 minutes after they started taking calls. It said a 15 minute.wait time. I waited 8 hrs on hold and when it got to 5 when they close it hung up on me. The next day I tried again and couldn't get in the que. Line was busy with ppl blowing it up on speed dial. I stopped calling. If I can't get through when I do get through I'll be on hold and hung up on again

I went down there in person the next day. I was there a little before they opened and was first in line at the door. Come early so you get in quicker. I was helped and seen in a timely matter mostly because I was there early.

Person that helped me was nice. Things went well. I showed her the same respect she showed me. My circumstances changed a little and it made my benefit amount drop DRASTICALLY!. Which angered me but hey. She just puts in the info. She doesn't tell the system what to do. So I thanked her and left.
