Just so everyone know the website washingtionconection.org does not work everything I have ever tried to do through there it says it was completed and go to go but when it come around to when I was supposed to get my benefits and wow there just not there and when I call in its cause they said I didn't do anything when I completed the part online and had talked to someone and completed it there didn't get any of them and it was all my fault and I had to wait 2 and a half hours on the phone to fix there websites problem I recommend do not use the website it had never worked in the past few years I've tried every month and never works always causes way more trouble so just call in only never use the pathetic website

People don't go here to have fun, they go here because they need help. There is a stogy atmosphere, however, it's just businesses. I've worked with several people over the years off and on, and I've always been treated with respect. My last experience about a month ago was quite positive. I don't believe that people want to go here, but for those who need to, you're in good hands.
