The male supervisor on duty of the morning of today (July 8th, 2024) was rude, and he did not listen to any sort of explanation, and was unpolite when talking to him.

This place is fast and efficient. The security may be lazy and ignorant, and the customers may be uncivilized gutter trolls, but as far as government services go, it's super cool number 1 A +! I take off the star because of the scammers outside claiming to sell free phones. I have been there 3 times and they are almost like robots with completely see through tactics they repeatedly use to turn people away with degrading insults that make assurance and your office look trashy. You would do yourself a favor to get those con men/ women off your property. They don't even give out phones. The phones given out are to plants, and they purposely make people wait with lame excuses and then they get violent and belligerent with a phony tantrum after they get called out. They're truly awful people and a blemish on the city of Seattle. Next time I'm out there I'm gonna candid camera, so look sharp.
