-Wait time: months. And did not email me back when parts were in the first time (took two weeks, had to wait another 3-4weeks)
-Customer service: lacking. Very unprofessional. Talked down to when asked simple questions, or needed help/support. Replied with demeaning comments and unnecessary swearing.
-Arrival of parts: missing. Couplers were missing in order to install pipes. Was brought to their attention and did nothing to remedy the situation.
-Fitment: upper ic pipes do not fit great. Lower piping requires modification unlike other brands that would cost just as much.
Very disappointed all around from start to finish. From buying, waiting, unprofessional customer service, unnecessary modifications, and otherwise poor fitment.
