Fairly easy process. BEWARE…the “convenient” fees are ridiculous! Im talking $20+…so dont use anything other than ACH. If you choose any other method, you wont know the total charge until AFTER you submit the payment. I give 4 stars for their customer service. The lady who assisted me was very kind and patient. She worked hard to resolve my issue with success…Thank you!

Dii at DirectCloud is an Angel! She was so knowledge and helpful in directing me how to get my dead mother’s security deposit back from Barrett Walk Apartments. I had moved out then spend over a week cleaning everything in both my apartment and my mom’s. Dii gave me the link to send the death certificate and all necessary information to process the refund. Please give her a raise, salary, bonus! She kept calling me to make sure I got all the correct info and waited while I checked! Excellent customer service! Especially for a grieving client who is still full- time caregiver to her father. Dii is so wonderful! I appreciate you!
