I had a great experience. Derek Tu was in tune with what I was looking for and catered to it. Throughout the house hunting he was on the forefront with my needs and the loan officers. Even after closing he continued to support my wishes and follow through. He has a great network of people and business. Reached out to multiple contractors and moving companies on my behalf. Derek was very professional and has a lot of experience in the real estate industry. He was very patient with us and whenever we wanted to see a house, he was quick to schedule an appointment whether it be in the morning or in the evening. He worked around our schedule which worked for both my husband and I. It took us a good 5 months to find the perfect home, but he had faith in us and with his expertise, we were able to able to purchase our first home. He was honest and did not just try to sell us a house that we weren't going to be happy with and he knew what we were looking for. We cannot wait to move into our new home so thank you Derek and team for helping us. We highly recommend Derek for your housing search!

Amazing!!! Working with Derek is like having the inside man working for you. He is upfront and honest. He walks you through the whole process and doesn't skip any details. Explained everything in a way that is easy to understand. I remember reaching out to him even before we where ready to commit to buying a new home what options we my have and what opportunities can be had in real estate investing. Derek didn't hesitate to help out and setup a meeting with us, sharing his background, experience and knowledge. Until today he still checks up on how things are going. I feel as I made a friend/mentor and more than just realtor agent.
