After waiting two months to write this review, I wanted to see the results before putting up a review. I have been dealing with significant under-eye issues such as lines and sunken areas, and I've sought multiple consultations from different clinics to address them. I didn’t look to eliminate these concerns entirely but rather to achieve a very natural look, avoiding an overly done appearance. I didn’t want to walk around with a filler face or blow fish face.

Ashley took her time to listen to me, into my lifestyle and health history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding before proposing treatment options. Her emphasized that her priority is to maximize the safety and deliver natural results, tailored to my specific needs and concerns. Importantly, they also required certain lifestyle adjustments for optimal effectiveness. While this initially seemed daunting, I found it motivating and appreciated the encouragement. From the options, I chose thermage as it’s no downtime and the most effective for skin type and my lifestyle. I got thermage treatment for my entire face, including the under-eye area. The procedure itself was mostly painless, and afterwards, I was provided with a detailed post-care plan for both my skin and overall health. One aspect of the experience that stood out was the follow-up provided by Ashley (or her staff). They diligently checked in to remind me of my post-treatment routine and offered support throughout the week following the procedure.
