Horrible customer service. I didn't receive my shipment. When you call the customer service number no one answers. When I email customer service they continuosley tell me to check with my neighbors. Never will I order here again!

My order from DermAvenue went smoothly and without any problems and it arrived within a couple of days of placing my order. The only problem I had was with the product itself which I must attribute to the cosmetic manufacturer, Neocutis, whose new packaging (pump bottle) did not work. So I took a hammer to the plastic container and smashed it to get to the product inside. This worked and I was able to retrieve the inner tube with the product intact. But for a face cream priced over $100, I was expecting packaging that worked. I'm very disappointed in Neocutis. Instead of wasting time and expense with pump bottles that don't work, I would prefer to buy my cream in jars. That way, I can use every bit of the cream. So DermAvenue gets 5 stars but Neocutis only gets 1 star.

This company has a large variety of excellent products, offers great deals and free gifts. They ship quickly and keep you posted where your products are as they ship. Love this company.
