To the female MANAGER and actual OWNER.
You are 100% unprofessional and rude. As a business OWNER myself I would fire you on the spot!!! Will let you know that I will never do business with this company EVER. And to the owners that employed this lady. You will loose business keeping someone like this around. She is rude, not helpful, and you completely lost any money from my pockets. I offered to pay extra to get in touch with the OWNER of the vehicle SHE says she talked to. Cash is king my would of been friends. But she completely lied about even talking to the owner. Im trying to reach out to a customer on a DMV issue to register a vehicle that has YOUR name on the paper work I have in my hands. There is no way that you cannot help me out. But I guess by reading the reviews. I understand that you guys are struggling with your reputation with the crappy services you provide people. I was even thinking of starting to purchase vehicles from you. I recently found out about the great deals you have here. BUT she has turned me away from spending any money with you!!! Feel free to contact me when you fire her I'll come down and shake your hand OR hands as she says.
And to the manager that thinks she knows about corporations. You need to open a book and read about one. Cause the way you spoke made you sound soooo uneducated.
Just wanted to say the woman (JoAnn) at the front desk is one of the owners. My son got my truck impounded there and she called his ex and gave her the lowdown. They were working out custody issues at the time and this info was used against him (long story) So unprofessional for a company doing police impounds. One of their better scams is telling you there is a police hold on your vehicle when its already been released. Until the impounf fees are more than your truck is worth. And the guy who gave them their only positive rating...that's a friend of thiers. Shame on you High Desert Sherriff for continuing to use these people
