Our driver was great, but I am not a fan of how this owner communicates his needs/wants. You absolutely do not call a customer the night before an event (that's at noon the next day) and them that you need to be back at a certain time threatening to charge them a "heavy fine" for a late return. It's one thing to remind and ask for the accommodation, it's another to be rudely talked to during a birthday dinner.
Additionally, the limo itself was not updated, smelled bad, and did not looked to have been cleaned in months. And thank god that 2 people cancelled in our group, because there's no way in hell 2 more people were fitting in that limo.
