I would give negative stars if I could. They were the listing agent on a property we made an offer on. Our offer was submitted on a Friday (the first offer made) which was a full price offer with an escalation clause for a considerable amount more. They iced our offer until two hours before the expiration so that they could wait for another party to make an offer that somehow came in higher. I could also talk about a few other things but I will save that for the formal complaint. My advice.. Don’t go anywhere near anything with their name on it. It’s obvious they lack ethical business practices.

What an amazing company they make buying a house a great experience. They take out the hard work and make it super easy with no headaches. They definitely should be the ones to handle your buying and selling needs. I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough about James and his group at Design Realty. We were first time sellers and they made it easy. Selling is harder than buying and to make it as easy as they did, I would give them 10 stars if possible. Plus, we got asking price without negotiation... and in the era of Covid-19, that was a feat. Thanks James!
