I walked in the Berkeley 4th Street store for information about a product. Was greeted by Vernon Theiss who was totally personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our interaction. He went from the computer to different places in the store a few times to find out the best answers to my questions. Was a pleasure to meet him and work with him. Thank you Vernon!

They have such a bad return policy. You cannot return anything to their stores. You have to ship items back in the original packaging, and YOU pay for shipping plus a 10% restocking fee. I was so surprised when I tried to return a dining chair and was turned away from the store and told to ship it back. They claimed they didn't have storage space for returns. It's really disappointing. They have some beautiful items, but the lack of flexibility and customer service on returns makes me very hesitant to buy from them in the future.

Visited opening week and had a good experience shopping here! The staff members were very helpful and gave some color and item recommendations. They were giving away free tote bags with purchase as well. Location is conveniently close to other furniture stores.
