First off, Designer Floors sports the “cool” factor with the artsy window and floor displays. I described my goal for LVP (CoreTec) flooring, and Lauren nailed the color choice straight out of the gate. Wouldn’t you know there were supply issues. I was offered other finish choices, but I held my ground. The staff continued to email, text, and call me about expected ship dates. When my product arrived, owner Greg Wilson sent the “Dream Team” of installers-boom! I live in an old farmhouse (1929); so everything was a retrofit. These guys were magicians and made my beautiful flooring come together with new baseboard trim and customized heat registers. The customer service, quality products, and attention to detail at Designer Floors gets a rock-solid five-star rating.

We are extremely pleased with the quality and installation of our basement and stair carpets from Designer Floors. Greg was a great help with envisioning colors that would work with our home.
