This place is my new groomer! I'm very happy with the gentle care Meko got for her nail trim. What I was most impressed with is my groomer said her nails were soft and she may need a supplement. I appreciate her knowledge and care for our first visit. This place is clean and I was able to get an appointment within a day or two. Everyone was friendly and Meko and I will be back🐾

Horrific experience with DesiLu. I would not recommend to anyone, even for free. I brought my Labradoodle in last week. I had brought her in here to other times, and had mediocre grooming. I got a call after two hours from Desi Lu telling me that I needed to come and pick up my dog that they couldn’t complete the grooming. I asked to speak to the groomer, and they said she would Call me later in the day. My son, went and picked her up and she was half groomed.. I was told that she was biting, and got out of the muzzle. I know she doesn’t like her feet being messed with but to say that she was biting during the grooming is incorrect. I took her the next day to the other groomer I had used prior and they cut the rest of her hair and did her nails without any problem. I don’t know what they did to my dog, but she will never step foot in that place again.

Thank you for being able to schedule Fergus so quickly! His nail trim was quick and reasonably priced, but the best part was bringing him home and not hearing the overly-long nails clip-clapping on the floor! We will be back! 😁
