Mark is amazing!!! We took our 2003 Tahoe to him, and when he finished, it looked like it had been driven fresh off a new car lot!!!! He went above and beyond anything we imagined. I cannot give Mark and his team enough praise. we LOVE them!!!!! Thank you so much Mark, we will visit again, and will be sending folks your way!!!!

Took my car here last fall. I was quoted $250.00 to wax my black 370Z. When I got the car back the price jumped to over $600. Then when I get the car I can see whirl marks all over the car. Mark apologies and takes the car back. He brings me the car back but once I see the car in the sun I still see whirl marks. After paying double the estimate I am upset. I can him again and says he has not been feeling well but doesn't have to to fix it. He said he is leaving for vacation and will contact me once he gets back. I hear nothing after a month. I leave him a voice mail and never heard back. This car is only used during summer so I park the car for the fall/ winter. Now I'm looking for someone to fix his mistake and of course I am going to pay again for Marks poor customer service. Don't go here if you want something done right.

I took a 1996 Volvo to Mark for detailing before selling it. The car had had hard use, and the leather upholstery was badly cracked and worn. When we picked up the car it was like a different automobile. I don't know what he did, but now the upholstery doesn't scream "shabby" when you open the door. The interior is actually inviting! I know that because of Mark's careful detailing, this car will be a stand out when we go to sell it.
