John B. D&B service tech came to our place to check issue with our dryer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our issue. We will continue our 12 year relationship with D&B. Helpful staff. I had a problem with my new dishwasher and got it replaced right away. I prefer to buy local and have a real person talk to. Also got service contract and don't have to wait for weeks to get service. Buy local. Thank you Payton

Received a super nice phone call from James Schwandt telling us he’s on his way.Very professional, pleasant and easy to talk too. He explained what the problem could be on the washer and why it turn this way (see photo).
