Had a service call for a refrigerator problem and Andrey was our technician. He spent time explaining the issue, how he was going to fix it, and provided other techniques and advice on getting the most out of the appliance and how to better care for it. He was genuinely concerned with our satisfaction of the job he was doing. He cares about the work he does and truly enjoys it.

Bought my new Maytag washer and dryer from the Burlington store. They work great. About a month after purchase, I experienced a problem with the washer electronic panel giving me an error message. Service person James S. came out just several days after I called it in and we've figured out it was due to a power outage I'd had. He instructed me on how to clear it so I'm ready if it happens again. Highly recommend. When you purchase here they fix their own machines unlike the big box stores.

Nathan Sanders took excellent care of us. He asked the questions that we didn't know we needed answered to better ascertain our actual needs. He was thorough, professional and very kind. Highly recommend!!!
