I've given this company so many chances and benefit of the doubts, but I'm done. Looks like this has happened to some other reviewers too.
It started with some scheduling annoyances and lots of back a forth due to the admin and technician not being responsive and then not communicating with each other. I was willing to overlook that since I eventually got service. They lock you into an annual contract with monthly service, which at first seemed reasonable.
A few months later, I realize I'm still paying for monthly service, but not once was I ever contacted to enter the property. I call the office to inform them of this and they respond by saying "oh in the notes they did show up outside but couldn't enter, so they got rid of ants outside and that counts as service, but yes you're missing service for one month". I signed up for rodent services for a 2nd floor apartment, not for ants on the public sidewalk. Where's the common sense here? How about CALL the customer to enter? Both the office, the admin, AND the technician all had my contact information. And yes, I checked to see if I had any missed calls, texts, or emails - NONE. The office supposedly "credits" me for this.
The next month, this credit shows up as a charge and I am still being charged for this make believe service. The technician even calls to say that he didn't have my number to call me to enter which is BS because he literally called me on my phone number several times before, PLUS I have text message history proving he had correspondence with me when my service first started. THEN, the office has the audacity to say "oh we switched technicians" which is absolutely false, It was the same guy this whole time.
I've contacted the office 5 times to try to figure out where this imaginary "credit" went and to cancel my service. Each time, they say "oh the manager stepped out and I don't know if he's coming back so you should try again tomorrow or we'll call you back". Yea, they've never called me back of course and I keep getting the same answer, each consecutive day. What the hell kind of business is this?
Don't bother with a company that has non-existent customer service, purposely makes it difficult to cancel non-rendered services, with severely outdated systems and billing implemented. I'm still trying to cancel this nightmare.
