Jody knows how to fix things. She has fixed me 3 times over the last 10 years. Once at a large, leading PT corporation and twice within her own practice. Each time, she has quickly diagnosed my issues, addressed the pain, and helped me build strength to become active again. I have been to 2 other physical therapists over the last 20 yrs and Jody is the best.

I would like to recommend DEXTER PHYSICAL THERAPY in West Seattle. Jody Dexter was, to me, a miracle worker! I searched her out because her particular methods of treatment worked for me in the past with another therapist who retired, and she didn’t disappoint. I hobbled in with a cane, in much pain because of a hip problem and also a shoulder injury. After just one treatment I was much better, and with 4 successive treatments I am back to normal. She is thorough and knowledgable, personable and professional. If you have any aches or pains, I highly recommend a visit to see Jody. (She doesn’t take insurance, but mine reimbursed 75% out of network)

I had no idea PT could be this in depth and collaborative. Sparing the details, I have an extremely rare injury and this is month 11 of shrugging doctors. It's so rare no one in my network has treated it. Ever. Jody jumped right in with all the right questions. I had relief the first session and I'm still working with her.
Jody has a broader depth of knowledge than any 5 PT practitioners and she's always expanding her skillset. She's an actual no nonsense healer who will look at your problem from multiple angles and she'll LISTEN to you. Truly a cut above. Coming here was one of the best choices I've ever made.
