We have used Dan Hicks, of DH Home Inspection four times in the past 15 years. One time was for our church, once for a previous home, and recently for a house for each of our two sons. We have been impressed with Dan's knowledge of building and codes and also saw this firsthand since he built our current house.

Dan was excellent at pointing out problems and providing solutions. These included potential carbon monoxide problems with the heating system and siding problems on the garage. Dan was good at bringing up safety issues that dealt with things such as fire and electrical.

We would highly recommend Dan and found him very easy and flexible to work with.
