Lacking in response and service ... they have no Idea what to do if something goes wrong with your booking..they make mistake with booking...put you down for meals you have not requested..ask them to fix they don't know how until you have to call airline and fix it yourself..request quotes from owner , you have to ask several times before you get an answer... never again....

Good swift response to emails, particularly when flight times were changed by the airline.
"We have just got back from our long holiday around India.
