Diablo solar offers very limited resources to repair issues that may arise in your system. They do not respond to messages left requesting help resolving a problem. They pass all responsibility on to SolarEdge and do not assist in replacing faulty parts installed in a system less than 1 year old. They do not honor the warranty agreement.

Used to be great then I think got bought out by a cheap parent company. Pool solar dept Customer service went down the drain and they started to nickel-and-dime every little thing. Have had the same issue for almost 3 years now and have talked with them tens of times and even had technicians come and they always come up with some bad excuse why they can’t help. Frustrating. Don’t recommend at all.

This company is a complete rip-off joint. I called them in March requesting help with a damaged panel on my existing installation. I was very specific with them - I don't want a new system, I want a repair or replacement of a single panel. Do you do that? They assured me they did and would send a technician out to take measurements. The technician arrived and took measurements and then went away and that's the last I ever heard from them. EXCEPT they keep sending me bills! They haven't done the work, they haven't even given me a estimate, but they're billing me. Today they sent me a late payment notice and tacked on an additional fee - for work they haven't done! Just to be clear - I've written and called trying to get a status. No response, just more bills. Avoid these scammers like the plague.
