Very responsive on short notice and so helpful and supportive. They were able to add a viewing for a family member from across the country that we hadn’t planned. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I lost my dad a few weeks ago and planning how we were going to deal with our loss so far has been the easiest. Bari has been a God send during all this. Respectful, patient and compassionate. Even though I'm going through issues with my mother, trying to figure out how to keep things going and obviously grieving, not one time have I felt pressured or in anyway harassed. I can't thank Bari enough for helping me with one of the greatest losses in my life.

I am so grateful that I came across this company on Google. My dad passed away and I googled in search of a company that will take good care of him. I was going to based off reviews and they have the best reviews. I called them on Thanksgiving and they came all the way from Concord to Pinole in a timely manner. They were super polite super considerate and they work very closely with me during the process. They arrange for my dad to be cremated and they got him back to me very quickly. I mainly worked with Bari and she’s such an angel. She help me through the whole process as if I was family. When they came to remove my dad from where we found him. They were very gentle they made sure that we were done saying our goodbyes and gave us all the information you need to move forward. I was calling almost every day and not once did Bari get irritated. Nothing was ever rushed they took their time with everything. I’m super thankful to have come across this company they made everything so easy for me and It was very effortlessly. When I went to the building to pick up my dad‘s remains I was surprised because it’s a very cozy comfy space when you walk in. I thought that walking in there I would feel 10 times more sad and it was going to be very awkward energy. It was complete opposite and they were very welcoming. Still to this day they reach out and check on me and I’m very thankful that I was able to work with the team that I had. Thank you all again and if ever I need the service again I know where to go.
