The massage was ok however I paid for the hot stones and never got that part of it. On top of that they where forcing us to tip 20% I would have not mind it, if one my massage would have been done completely and two if it didn’t seem like it was a must!!! I would probably had given more that that because customer service is above all but she got upset my mom could not understand her (my mom is Spanish speaker only)(they do not speak a lot of English) you can see where it got complicated.. then they cut my massage short enhance the fact I never saw the hot stones part of the massage. It seem that they were too eager to get paid. Will not be back to this place again.

I was nervous to go here due to it being in a strip mall & it not having the ambiance of the expensive spa i had in my head (but not my wallet). Its not fancy but its super quality. Obviously theres probably multiple employees here doing massages but whoever i got was incredible. I walked in literally hunched in pain & explained where i was hurting and walked out with so much relief. I didn’t get badgered to leave a tip in any way. Obvious spot for a cheap walk in massage especially if looking for pain relief. She literally ironed out all the knots in my shoulder 😭

It might look a little rough on the outside but it is very nice inside. The staff is great. The place I used to go, the hot stones were only warm. At Diamond, they are hot.
