Update 3.16.23; We have had to file a complaint with the state. According to the DOL, they have a second open complaint against them. Do NOT buy a car from them! They refuse to respond and have not filed for title after almost 2 months. Way to treat a 70 year old lady that’s been through so much.
Update: What seemed like a great experience is now a headache. The temp license expires in 4 days. We called the DOL and no one has filed for the title even though they received the money when we paid cash in January. Finally got a response from Bryan today: That’s his wife’s department. Seems pretty incompetent given the amount of time shes had. Expectations were set that they’d mail her title in 3-4 weeks. I recommend you follow up with the DOL to make sure they file for title.
After my friend had a tree total her Jeep, we went on the hunt for a solid 4WD SUV. I had no idea how hard it would be to find a decent used car and had cast my net from Portland to Everett. I spent hours a day for 2 weeks dealing with shady dealers and misrepresented vehicles, so I was over it when I found Bryan at Diamond Motors. We can’t say enough about the owners. Bryan was helpful, transparent and went above and beyond to get Connie into a 2015 Ford Escape that she loves. He fixed a few items that he was upfront about and delivered the car to Packwood for FREE! He and his wife Dianne, deserve the utmost success as they are kind and honest people. I highly recommend them and will go to them first if I ever need a used car. You just can’t go wrong buying from them!
